Hello, I’m Roman Petryshyn from Edmonton, Alberta and I’m part of the organizing team for the Contemporary Ukraine Research Forum, which is currently examining the Euromaidan as a theme.

This project has been underway for six months, since January of 2014, and will last until our major conference, which is coming up in June, June 26, where we will have a number of papers delivered on the subject of culture on Euromaidan, the politics of Euromaidan, the social structure of Euromaidan, and many many other topics.

The purpose of our video today is to invite you to take part. It will be possible to get online and watch our conference on June 26, and we hope to attract as many listeners and participants as possible.
